Aegis Promotes Mabogunje and Elm

Wale Mabogunje and Tony Elm, development managers at Aegis Property Group, have been promoted to senior development managers.

Wale joined Aegis in 2006. Presently, he's leading six projects for Virtua Health in addition to working on the St. Charles Borromeo Seminary. Past projects include work for clients such as The Barnes Foundation, University of Delaware, Princeton University, Incyte Pharmaceutical, and American Cancer Society. Wale is a LEED Green Associate, involved with the ACE Mentoring Program, and is a board member at Richard Allen Preparatory Charter School. He is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, as well as a MBA in International Business from the Temple University Fox School of Business.

Tony has been with Aegis since 2004. He is currently working on the Temple University Library project and phased renovations at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts. Over the years Tony's assignments have included work at Drexel University, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Virtua Memorial, Fulton County Medical Center, Coriell Institute for Medical Research, and several multifamily projects for investor clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering from Drexel University and received his MBA from Saint Joseph's University. Tony is a LEED Green Associate and member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
