Aegis is managing the relocation of St. Charles Borromeo Seminary from Wynnewood, PA, to its new home in Lower Gwynedd Township, PA, on land it purchased from Gwynedd Mercy University.
The relocation plans include land development, construction of a new chapel and a student life center that will include a refectory, classrooms, library, administrative offices, fitness center, and additional housing for seminarians and resident faculty.
