Virtua leased two facilities on Rt. 70 in Cherry Hill. The first, the old Keswick Bicycle shop, for the relocation of their Cherry Hill Family Medicine practice; and the second, an adjacent motorcycle sales store, for the construction of a new Urgent Care. Since the properties are adjacent to each other, a parking lot was constructed between the two buildings. A parking lot was also constructed on another adjacent lot that was acquired by Virtua.
The Urgent Care includes six exam rooms, team work area, waiting room, reception area, manager offices, and all necessary staff support space such as supply, viewing, and break room.
The Family Medicine practice includes seven exam rooms, team work area, point of care testing, manager’s office, waiting room, and reception area. The space also includes all necessary staff support space such as supply, viewing and break room.
Other team members include TONO Architects and Grace Construction.
