Renovation and fitout of a 191,000 s.f. former John Wanamaker department store into the corporate office and research facility for Incyte Phamaceutical under a long-term lease with Capano Management, Inc.
The program includes 50,000 sf of lab space, a 16,000 sf vivarium, an NMR suite, 99,000 sf of office space and 26,000 sf of common areas and MEP support spaces.
The project is being delivered as a design build project by L2 Partridge and Turner Construction Co.
