Virtua moved its corporate headquarters from its previous location in Lake Center in Marlton to Lippincott Drive in Marlton. The new corporate office includes a board room, conference center, offices, open work areas, cafeteria, and TV studio.
Aegis Property Group was retained by Virtua to provide project management services. This project had a very aggressive schedule as the design team was selected in February 2015 and Virtua needed to move out of existing offices by the end of January 2016 to avoid rent penalties.
Other team members included L2 Partridge, VAnderwil Engineers, Taylor Wiseman Taylor, Cofco Group, and Turner Construction Company.
