The second phase of McCartney Street Housing after McCartney North/South, McCartney II is a three-story complex with 166 new beds in a combination of single, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom suites. All units have a full kitchen with microwave, combination stove/oven, and full size refrigerator. Each floor has a laundry room and student lounge/study area. There is a game room on the second floor.
The project is certified LEED Silver.
