Master planning, design and construction creating a new parish home consisting of a church and education center with related site improvements on a 27-acre site in Limerick Township, PA.
The first phase, a K-8 Education Center features 20 classrooms, four offices, library/media center, tech-savvy science lab, cafeteria, fine arts space and gymnasium. It has the capacity for 500 students. The project also includes day care and senior citizen centers.
The project is designed and sited to accommodate future construction of a 1,000 seat gothic inspired Church and Chapel across an Italianate inspired piazza.
Other team members include The Knabb Partnership as architect and Dolan Construction Company as construction manager.
