Construction of an off-campus student housing facility for the University of North Carolina Charlotte (UNCC) consisting of 13 three-story buildings that provide 244 units with 740 beds. The project also includes a 8,452 s.f. community center, 985 s.f. maintenance building, pool equipment/restroom building and mail kiosk.
