Aegis was retained to assist Caskey Torah Academy upgrade its existing facility to meet their current education needs.
The small new addition is of a secure entrance to the school. The project included external security and ADA access improvements on the grounds as well. Renovations occurred throughout the nearly 100 year old facility, including the replacement of the entire electrical system; installation of fire suppression and alarm systems, new elevator, wheelchair ramps, ADA compliant accommodations and bathrooms, HVAC system, energy efficient boilers and cooling systems; replacement of all exterior windows; and updating doors and hardware.
The school educates over 350 children from nursery school through the eighth grade.
