An unused former library space on the main floor of the school was renovated into the Wellness Center, which is intended to be the school’s central hub.

An excellent example of a small space renovation having a tremendous impact on student engagement/student life, the new Wellness Center provides a gathering space that was previously lacking. The project required creating a welcoming space with continual efforts throughout to reduce cost, which was a requirement of the Archdiocese.

The Center has a student lounge, guidance suite, campus ministry, tutoring spaces, academic support, IT help, conference room, and office for the Assistant Principal for Student Services.

The Connelly Wellness Center will provide support and resources to Archbishop Carroll students and school families to address the holistic needs of students in a wrap around care approach. The goal is to improve services and assistance to members of the school community with mild learning differences, academic disparities, mental health concerns, and spiritual needs.

Teachers, counselors, students, families, and professionals will use the Center to collaborate and form cohesive plans that target the whole child, creating a culture of wellness.

We'd love to work with you on your next capital project.
