AtlantiCare Gateway-Stockton Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, and Primary Care

Complete fit-out of shell space in the newly constructed Gateway project. In support of the Atlantic City revitalization efforts, AtlantiCare leased space in the newly developed Stockton University/South Jersey Gas site funded by the AC Devco project that will provide services for students and the community.

Existing Primary Care and Occupational Health programs are being relocated in this space and will expand services by providing an after hours urgent care.

The space consists of reception area with waiting, nine exam rooms, suture room, x-ray, offices, and support space to be shared among the three programs. This space was designed to be utilized by all three programs concurrently.

In order to meet an aggressive time line, all of the partitions, millwork, and doors are pre-frabricated DIRTT system requiring a high level of project management to achieve very detailed early coordination between designer, DIRTT, and contractor. The DIRTT system not only allows for fast tracking construction durations, but ease of changes and maintenance as panels can easily be removed and millwork can be relocated in order to make design changes in the future.
