Berwind Property Group: Office Fitout

To accommodate growth and consolidation of remote offices, Berwind Property Group leased 30,000 s.f. within its parent company Berwind Corporation’s (now Equus Capital Partners, Ltd.) 90,000 s.f. lease at Centre Square West. Berwind Property Group completely demolished the existing tenant improvements, created a connectivity stair, and constructed their new offices in 2002 while maintaining business operations on the other floors.

Berwind retained Aegis Property Group to provide Tenant Representation Services at the beginning of the planning phase of this project. Aegis Property Group assisted in negotiations with Landlord and directly managed the design, procurement and installation of Berwind’s tenant improvements and related direct work.

Team members included Meyers Associates as interior designer and Clemens Construction as construction manager.
