Fountaingate Gardens

Gurwin Jewish, a long-standing provider of skilled nursing and assisted living services, purchased land contiguous to its campus to allow for a new CCRC project. Eventus completed a review of Gurwin’s previous plans for this development and recommended significant design, program modifications, and financial plan along with a phased development approach.

Eventus is overseeing the Phase I development process that consists of approximately 102 apartments, 29 terrace units, and a 24,000 sf commons building.
