Lafayette College: 901 Bushkill Renovations

The former Hummel Lumber Building on Bushkill Drive underwent a renovation, relocating the Department of Public Safety into the basement and first floor of the building and the Facilities Planning Department into the third floor. The second floor remains shell space for future growth.

Exterior masonry walls and interior wood beam structure remained. A new roof, windows, interior finishes, two new stair towers, and an elevator were added to create office space.

After facilities relocated to Bushkill, a parking area and structures formerly housing Facilities Management – both downhill from Anderson Courtyard between Acopian and Watson, were removed as part of enabling projects for Rockwell Integrated Sciences Center
