Lafayette College: Program Management

Since 2016, Aegis has been providing program management services on capital projects at Lafayette College from strategy, planning, and budgeting, through implementation. Project types include feasibility studies, building assessments, strategic and master planning, renovations, new construction, and site/landscaping/hardscaping projects. In addition, and during the 2020-2021 academic year and preceding summer Aegis provided COVID-19 Project Management to the College by managing an internal task force, implementing strategies around campus, and assisting in obtaining FEMA reimbursements.

Projects range from small one room focused upgrades to the LEED Platinum Rockwell Integrated Sciences Center. Aegis is a true campus partner in our role as we enjoy having the opportunity to provide mentorships for student projects, information to support capstone projects, guest lectures in the classroom, and tours of ongoing projects.

Aside from Rockwell Integrated Sciences Center referenced above, some representative projects include Kunkel Hall Addition & Renovation, Portlock Black Cultural Center, Markle Hall Parking Deck and Welcome Center, Acopian Engineering Center Renovations and Expansion, and McCartney Street Mixed-Use Housing Complex.
