Lockheed Martin Corporation 410 National Business Parkway

Lockheed Martin Corp. leased secure office space on two floors of a newly constructed, four-story office building at 410 National Business Parkway, owned by Corporate Office Properties Trust, under a seven-year lease agreement.

The program provides space for 250 people in nine secure suites and on non-secure executive suite. The space also includes four secure computer labs totalling around 6,000 square feet, a conference center, a multipurpose room that can seat 100 people and an innovation center.

Other team members include STV, Inc. as architect and NTC Mazzuca Contracting as contractor.

The project is LEED Gold certified.
