Lockheed Martin: Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems

Lockheed Martin Corporation’s Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems executed lease agreements with Centerton Road, LLC (Landlord) for two 80,000 s.f. office buildings in Mount Laurel, NJ, with an option for a third.

The complex contains offices for 500 engineers, 10,000 s.f. data center, and full service cafeteria.

McGillen Architecture, Inc. completed the architectural design of both core and shell and tenant improvement work. Whitesell Construction was selected as general contractor for both core and shell and tenant improvement work.
