New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation: Camden School District

New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation was created to finance, design, and construct school renovation and construction projects in 30 special need Abbott School Districts throughout New Jersey.

Aegis Property Group, Turner Construction Company and Don Todd Associates formed a team and were selected to provide services for the Camden School District. This work originally consisted of new construction, full renovations and site acquisitions for 39 schools valued in excess of $800 million over the next decade. $50 million in health and safety in all existing schools was completed. Twelve new schools and renovations with a $350 million construction cost were advanced into design and site acquisition.
