Pinnacle Health: Facility Assessment

PinnacleHealth hired Aegis Property Group to evaluate the existing conditions of its outpatient facilities – both Pinnacle owned properties and leased properties.

The goals of the assessment were to document and analyze the use of each facility, map the location of practices, map the population density in counties Pinnacle serves, map the location of competitor facilities, evaluate the aesthetic appearance of facilities, assess building conditions, evaluate mechanical and electrical systems, and to develop a list of properties requiring renovations cross-referenced with lease expiration dates.
