Princeton University: Princo

693 Alexander Road was purchased by Princeton University in August 2008 with the intent to provide a combination of storage space for various university organizations and temporary office swing space for various university organizations to occupy while their primary facilities underwent renovation on Main Campus.

When acquired, the building was in an incomplete shell condition. The project scope included completing core and shell construction and a phased interior fit-out as initial occupants are identified.

The project team included KSS Architects, AKF Engineers, and V.J. Scozzari & Sons.
