River’s Edge

Eventus is the development manager to RiverSpring Health, a large provider of long-term care services, for the planning and development of a new CCRC on its campus overlooking the Hudson River called River’s Edge. Schematic design was recently concluded on Phase I of this two phase CCRC project. Phase I will have 270 independent living apartments in a 11-story high-rise building that will include multiple dining venues, fitness center, pool, theater and other amenities. This will be the first CCRC in New York City. Marketing efforts are currently underway.
