Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis, LLP: Office Fitout

Schnader, Harrison, Segal and Lewis, LLP, is one of Philadelphia’s largest law firms and has occupied offices at 1600 Market Street for nearly 20 years. In order to improve efficiency and consolidate operations, Schnader opted to implement a major reorganization, including an ambitious renovation on seven floors in 1600 Market Street to update and refurbish its space.

Aegis Property Group was retained as project manager to manage and oversee all aspects of the project including design of the renovated space, furniture procurement, tele/data procurement, phased construction in currently occupied space, and move management. These services were all accomplished within a fixed budget and under an aggressive schedule.

Team members included OPX, LLC from Washington, D.C.(architect) and Clemens Construction Company (contractor).
