Aegis managed the relocation of  St. Charles Borromeo Seminary from its Wynnewood, PA, campus where it operated from for 153 years to its new home in Lower Gwynedd Township, PA, on 15-acres of land it purchased from Gwynedd Mercy University.

The new campus has three new chapels and two residence halls for college and theology seminarians along with the main campus building, the new construction Student Life Center.

The Student Life Center contains the refectory (dining hall), auditorium, classrooms, library, administrative offices, and the Immaculate Conception Chapel with stunning stained glass windows.
