St. Charles Borromeo Seminary: Upper Campus Renovations

The renovation of the Upper Campus of the St. Charles Borromeo Seminary is the first step in repositiong and consolidating the Seminary’s operations. The plan entails full renovations of seven existing buildings on the Upper Campus to accommodate both the Theology and College programs. The project will advance a Master Plan aimed at efficiently repurposing the Seminary’s facilities to enable it to effectively meet the needs of Philadelphia’s Catholic Community.

The project will be phased, and the first phase entails the rehabilitation of roofs and facades of the buildings on the Upper Campus.
