Union League of Philadelphia: Interior Restoration and Renovation

The interior renovation, guided by a comprehensive master plan, was planned to occur in six phases over nine years.

With a total budget of $20 million, the project’s scope included renovation and restoration of main dining rooms, café/bar, sitting rooms, business center, conference rooms, main kitchen, and employee areas.

Plans also include the creation of a Civil War archives center, new business and conference center, and new fitness and athletic facilities.
