Virtua Health: Moorestown Health and Wellness Center

Virtua Health is undertaking the development of several major initiatives in New Jersey including a new health campus on a 125 acre site in Voorhees and three Health and Wellness Centers located in Voorhees, Washington Township, and Moorestown. Virtua Health has entered into long-term lease with Frauenshuh Healthcare Real Estate Solutions for the development and leasing of the new Health and Wellness Centers. The Moorestown facility includes a fitness wing and a medical office wing.

The Virtua programs in fitness wing include a two-level, 54,000 s.f. fitness center, PT/OT facility, child care, grab and go and cardiac rehab center. The medical office wing programs include diabetes and nutrition, conference center, lab, hoteling space, pain management, breast care, OBGYN, surgical, primary care, cardiology, and neurology.

The project team includes Stantec Architecture, Barton Engineering, Medequip for the medical equipment planning and P. Agnes Builders.
