Anna Corson
Anna is the Project Controller at Aegis Property Group, responsible for the overall performance of the firm’s project accounting functions, including the coordination of all project accounting needs of each project. This includes assigning projects and supervising the accounting team.
Anna reviews owner’s consultant invoices to ensure there is compliance with contracts and proper back-up is included; auditing CM application for payment for conformity with GMP contract; preparation of payment packages (payment recommendations) for the owner, and reconciling owner payments to total project costs.
She also supports the development managers on project reporting and cost tracking.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University School of Business and is a volunteer with the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Philadelphia.
