Beth Smith
Beth Smith is a Senior Development Manager at Aegis who brings her attention to detail to the full spectrum of projects in the academic, institutional, corporate, and senior living sectors, providing the personalized client focused owner’s representative services Aegis is known for in all sectors and applying the fundamentals of project management that remain no matter what type of project it is.
Project management clients include Swarthmore College, Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art, and Magee Rehabilitation Hospital. Beth has provided project management services for senior living clients via our senior living brand Eventus Strategic Partners as well. She also worked for the Barnes on the owner side when the new art education center was being developed in Philadelphia.
She is a graduate of Moore College of Art and Design with a BFA in Art History and an Interior Design minor. She is a candidate for MS in Arts Administration at Drexel University. Beth chairs our internal Community Service committee, connecting our firm with our community in meaningful ways. She is a member of Professional Women in Construction; an Affordable Housing Group Member in Media Borough; and a Campus Committee Member, School in Rose Valley, in Rose Valley, PA.

- What skill would you like to learn? I can knit, but I can’t seem to get my brain to understand how to crochet!
