Carl Freedman is a Senior Associate at Aegis Property Group as well as a registered architect who practiced for 25 years before joining Aegis. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie-Mellon University.

 

Carl has significant museum experience and is currently managing several projects at the Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art, an archive center in South Carolina, and an institutional project in Florida. He provided project management services to the Philadelphia Museum of Art for 10+ years, and has provided project management services to the Barnes Foundation and The Union League of Philadelphia. Carl has also worked on assignments for senior living communities, public schools, hotels, higher education institutions, mixed use multifamily, and hospitals.

 

Professionally he is involved with the American Institute of Architects, Mid-Atlantic Association of Museums, American Arbitration Association Construction Panel, and is a Montgomery County Certified Expert Witness. Personally he’s involved with the Cheltenham Township Planning Commission, Eastern PA Soccer Referee Association, and Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.
