Carl Freedman is a Senior Associate at Aegis Property Group as well as a registered architect who practiced for 25 years before joining Aegis. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie-Mellon University.
Carl is currently managing several projects at the Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art, as well as a multifamily project in Philadelphia. He has provided project management services to Philadelphia institutions like the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Barnes Museum, and The Union League of Philadelphia; and has worked on assignments for senior living communities, public schools, hotels, higher education institutions, cultural institutions, and hospitals.
Professionally he is involved with the American Institute of Architects, Mid-Atlantic Association of Museums, American Arbitration Association Construction Panel, and is a Montgomery County Certified Expert Witness. Personally he’s involved with the Cheltenham Township Planning Commission, Eastern PA Soccer Referee Association, and Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.

Hot coffee or iced coffee: Hot coffee (I really don’t like coffee but need the caffeine at times, and put so much cream and sugar in it, it is not really coffee, but when it gets cold it is disgusting)
