Nick Pepe
Nick Pepe, AIA, a Development Manager at Aegis, is a licensed New York state architect with a wide range of project management experience on hundreds of projects throughout New York City and beyond.
He has provided project management services for multifamily, commercial, and retail clients, with a specialty in residential restoration work. Nick has also worked as a technical, project architect.
Nick has a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University. He is a member of AIA.
