Nick Pepe
Nick Pepe, AIA, a Development Manager at Aegis, is a licensed New York state architect with a wide range of project management experience on hundreds of projects throughout New York City and beyond.
Currently he’s providing project management services to Princeton University. He has provided project management services for multifamily, commercial, and retail clients, with a specialty in residential restoration work. Nick has also worked as a technical, project architect.
Nick has a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University. He is a member of AIA.
