Sean Shannon
Sean Shannon is a Development Manager at Aegis with a strong background in project management and construction. He has significant boots on the ground experience on construction sites in the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of projects to meet client schedule and budget objectives. Sean has managed projects across sectors from pre-construction through construction, with an emphasis on corporate tenant improvement, retail, and academic experience.
His current and recent work includes projects for clients like Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art, Rutger’s Prep, and YouthBuild Philly.
Sean’s professional history includes project management and project engineer roles for two major construction management firms.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Focus from Manhattan College.

- What was your favorite cartoon as a kid? Since I grew up in the early 2000s my go to was SpongeBob (the first few seasons were the best)
- What skill would you like to learn? Growing grass. I thought it would be easy, but it’s been a battle since purchasing my home
- My current mood boosting music is … Depends on my mood, but I’ll listen to pretty much any music. My go-to being 70s rock.
