Shelby Wagner
Shelby Wagner is an Associate at Aegis Property Group with over 18 years of experience working on projects in diverse construction sectors including academic K-12, senior living, institutional, hospitality and residential high-rise construction, higher education, data center infrastructure upgrades, medical office building fitouts, and both office building and laboratory expansions. She is a project management professional with a strong construction background.
Recent project management assignments include projects for clients like Paul Robeson Charter School, AIM Academy, The Research Collections and Preservation Consortium, Lehigh University, and a Gurwin Jewish senior living community via our affiliate Eventus Strategic Partners.
Shelby has a dual Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management from Bucknell University. She previously volunteered with the ACE Mentor Program and Habitat for Humanity.
